A general contractor for Ottawa homes
North & Noble is an Ottawa general contracting company. Liam is the general contractor: he meets you, scopes the project, prices it and runs the job.
How North & Noble works
Liam does not keep a standing crew. For each project he hires the trades the work needs, the framers, electricians, plumbers, tile setters and others who do that kind of work every day.
A deck, a kitchen and an addition are different jobs, so they get different people. You get a team matched to your house, and one person to call about all of it.
What you can expect
Scope and price in writing
You see what is included, who is doing it and what it costs before work starts.
The right trade for the job
Each project is staffed for the work in front of us, not from whoever is free.
