Bathroom renovations in Ottawa
Bathrooms are small rooms with a long list of trades. The plumber, electrician, drywaller and tile setter all work in a space you can touch both walls of, so the order of work matters more than the size of the room.
North & Noble schedules each stage so waterproofing is tested before tile goes on and the fan, lighting and heat are planned with the layout, not added at the end.

Good to know
How do you handle waterproofing?
The shower or tub area is built as a waterproof assembly before tile, and we confirm it is sound before the tile setter starts.
Can you add a bathroom where there is none?
Usually. The questions are where the drain can run and how the walls and floor are framed. We check that on the site visit.
Planning a bathroom renovation?
Book a site visit. Liam will look at the space with you and tell you plainly what the project involves.
