Can you open up the wall between the kitchen and dining room?
Often, yes. First we find out whether the wall carries load. If it does, a beam replaces it and an engineer sizes that beam. We tell you early what that adds to the scope.
Do I need to move out during the renovation?
Most households stay. We set up a temporary kitchen plan with you before demolition so you know what to expect for dishes, fridge and power.
Who orders the cabinets and countertops?
That is agreed in the scope. Some clients bring a designer or a supplier. Others ask us to manage it. Either way the install is scheduled around lead times.
