Basement suite, Alta Vista
An unfinished basement turned into a one-bedroom suite with its own entrance.
This is a sample project. It shows the kind of work North & Noble takes on and how a project page will look. A real project with photos will replace it.
What was done
- Fire separation and sound control
- Egress window and side entrance
- Kitchen and bathroom
- Separate heating and ventilation
Who was on the crew
Every project gets the trades it needs. This is the crew for this one.
